Role & responsibilities
- Work on 30/60/90/120+ day aging buckets for dental/medical claims
- Identify unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims
- Call insurance companies to check claim status (if required)
- Document all actions clearly in PMS/CRM systems
- Follow up on pending claims until resolution
- Coordinate with Submitters, Posters, and QA teams
- Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare and HIPAA standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in AR / Aging / Claim Follow-up
- Strong understanding of CDT/CPT basics, denial codes, and payer rules
- Experience with US dental or medical RCM preferred
- Good English communication and comprehension
- Ability to work in US Shift
- Robust analytical skills and disciplined workflow management
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 1 year experience in Dental RCM - AR / Aging / Claim Follow-up
