Rcm Medical Billing Operations Manager Bengaluru (India)

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented RCM Operations Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. Key Responsibilities Manage complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations, including Front-end, Mid-cycle, and Back-end processes. Lead Medical Billing functions such as Patient Registration, Insurance Verification, Prior Authorization, Charge Entry, Medical Coding coordination, Payment Posting, AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Appeals, and Accounts Receivable (AR) Recovery. Drive productivity, quality, SLA adherence, and client KPIs. Develop operational strategies to improve collections, reduce aging, minimize denials, and maximize reimbursements. Monitor and analyze operational dashboards, billing reports, revenue trends, and financial metrics. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, payer regulations, and healthcare industry standards. Responsible for client onboardings, manage client relationships, conduct business reviews, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Lead, mentor, coach, and develop Team Leads and Operations teams. Conduct performance reviews, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), CAPA, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Collaborate with Coding, Quality, Training, IT, and Client Management teams. Handle escalations, audit findings, compliance issues, and operational risks effectively. Drive automation initiatives, workflow optimization, and digital transformation projects. Prepare MIS reports, operational reviews, forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation. Preferred Qualifications 812 years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing/RCM, with at least 35 years in an Operations Manager/ Assistant Manager role. Experience managing teams of 75300+ employees. Solid exposure to physician billing, hospital billing, or multi-specialty billing. Hands-on experience with major Practice Management (PM) systems and Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR). Experience in working on Advanced MD. Ability to manage multiple clients and high-volume operations.
