MedVoice Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced RCM Operations Manager to lead end-to-end medical billing and revenue cycle management operations in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities Manage complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations covering front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end processes. Lead medical billing workflows including patient registration, insurance verification, prior authorization, and charge entry. Coordinate with medical coding teams to ensure accurate claim generation and submission. Oversee payment posting, AR follow-up, denial management, appeals, and revenue recovery. Drive team productivity, quality standards, and strict adherence to client service level agreements (SLAs). Develop operational strategies to reduce aged receivables, minimize claim denials, and maximize collections. Analyze operational dashboards, billing reports, revenue trends, and financial performance metrics. Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, CMS regulations, and healthcare industry standards. Oversee client onboarding, conduct regular business reviews, and maintain strong client relationships. Lead, mentor, and coach team leads and operational staff while conducting performance appraisals. Implement process improvement methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, and CAPA. Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Training, IT, and HR departments to ensure seamless operations. .
