About the Role
We're building contemporary, high-performance web applications for clients and internal products and we need a React & Next.JS developer who knows how to build them right. You'll own the frontend architecture on key projects, collaborate with designers and backend engineers, and take responsibility for performance, SEO, and user experience from first load to last interaction.
What You'll Do
- Build performant, server-side-rendered web applications using Next.JS 14+
- Develop reusable, well-structured React components with clean state management
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into frontend applications
- Implement SEO best practices including metadata, structured data, and Core Web Vitals
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect interfaces
- Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation and code reviews
Who We're Looking For
- 24 years of production experience with React.JS and Next.JS
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/Tailwind
- Hands-on experience with state management (Context API, Zustand, or Redux)
- Understanding of SSR, SSG, ISR in Next.JS and when to use each
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Vercel or similar deployment platforms
- Eye for design and attention to responsive, accessible UI implementation
