Exp: 4-6 Years
Must Haves
React JS advanced (hooks, context, Redux/Zustand, lazy loading, code splitting)
JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
REST API integration Axios, Fetch, WebSockets
Jest and React Testing Library
Docker image builds and container management (production, not just theory)
CI/CD must have configured pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI)
Nginx or Apache basic config and reverse proxy
Cloud AWS, Azure, or GCP (basic to intermediate)
SQL MS SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
Banking / FinTech / digital payments background mandatory
Greenfield project experience
High-availability, regulated environment experience
Preferred:
Java Spring Boot read and debug level
Microservices and BFF pattern awareness
IBM MQ or similar messaging systems
Micro Frontend architecture (module federation / single-spa)
Kubernetes or Docker Compose
NoSQL Redis or MongoDB
core banking integration .
