Relai is seeking a data-backed, client first Real Estate Advisory Expert who excels at consultative sales, structured decision making, and unbiased property recommendations for homebuyers in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate brings 2-5 years of experience in consultative or high-ticket sales (real estate experience not mandatory) and demonstrate strong integrity, objection-handling, and a genuine commitment to putting client outcomes above deal closures.

CRM Usage (Zoho)
Basic financial literacy (ROI, Rental Yield, Opportunity Cost)
Real estate advisory or channel partner sales experience
Financial or insurance advisory experience
B2C high-ticket sales experience
EdTech or BFSI or wealth management sales experience
Conduct structured 30-60 minute expert advisory sessions with qualified leads via video or in-person.
Understand client profile including budget, timeline, risk appetite, and end-use vs investment intent.
Recommend 2-3 shortlisted properties backed by data without commission-driven bias.
Handle objections on price, market outlook, builder risk, and timing using data.
Coordinate and accompany clients on site visits to shortlisted projects. .
