Job Title: Guest Experience Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, social, and organized Guest Experience Manager to be the heart and soul of our hostel! You will oversee the front desk, curate social activities, ensure seamless guest check-ins, and make sure every traveler leaves with unforgettable memories.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Engagement & Events: Organize and host hostel events (pub crawls, movie nights, family dinners, walking tours).
- Front Desk & Operations: Oversee check-in/check-out processes, handle guest inquiries, and manage bed assignments.
- Review & Reputation Management: Proactively collect guest feedback and maintain top-tier ratings on Hostelworld, Google, and OTAs.
- Local Expert: Provide travelers with local recommendations, transport tips, and safety advice.
- Issue Resolution: Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a huge plus!).
- High social energy, empathy, and a strong passion for backpacker culture.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Preferable experience in hospitality, hostel operations, or event management.
