We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Female Receptionist with a nursing background to join our team in Patiala. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients, attendants, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries. Schedule appointments and coordinate with the operations and nursing teams. Maintain patient records, registrations, and other administrative documentation. Support patient onboarding and assist with service coordination. Coordinate with nurses, caregivers, doctors, and the operations team to ensure smooth communication. Maintain the reception area and create a positive experience for patients and visitors. Prepare daily reports and update records accurately. Follow company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and patient confidentiality guidelines. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: GNM / ANM / B.Sc. Nursing. Experience: 02 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, home healthcare, or front office role is preferred. Freshers with a nursing qualification are also encouraged to apply. Gender: Female. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, email, and data entry. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional attitude with a patient-centric approach.
