Job Title: Receptionist & Administrative Assistant Location: Pune, India Experience: 3-8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a professional and highly organized Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to manage front office operations and support day-to-day administrative activities. Manage reception desk, visitor handling, and incoming calls. Maintain office supplies, stationery, consumables, and inventory records.
Assist with executive calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Occasionally visit vendor locations to collect urgent documents/materials as required.
Skills &
Experience Required: ~3+ years of relevant experience in Reception, Front Office, Administration, or Executive Assistant roles. ~ Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ~ Experience in visitor management, vendor coordination, and record maintenance. ~ Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally on an occasional basis.
