01Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in invoice generation and reconciliation of accounts.
2. Update and maintain reconciliation trackers with accuracy.
3. Track pending payments and follow up with internal teams when required.
4. Identify and report discrepancies in invoices or payments.
5. Coordinate with Finance and other stakeholders to resolve reconciliation issues.
6. Ensure all records and documentation are updated and maintained.
7. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet defined timelines.

02Requirements
1. 01 year of experience in finance, reconciliation, accounts receivable, or a related field (Freshers are welcome to apply).2. Basic understanding of invoicing and reconciliation processes.3. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.4. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.5. Good verbal and written communication skills.6. Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.7. Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
