01Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
Experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a reconciliation or accounting role.
Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Oracle, and financial systems and processes.
Prior experience in fintech, banking, Payments, or financial services.
Advanced technical skills, including experience with SQL, data analytics, and automation tools, are a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
