Record to Report Operations Specialist - Financial Consolidation & Close

As a Record to Report Ops Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for financial consolidation and close operations. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Conducting financial analysis and reconciling transactions - Implementing general ledger processes including year-end closing and journalizing - Creating and maintaining ledgers, ledger currencies, budgets, and journal entries - Designing and delivering a financial management solution with a flexible accounting structure - Running interface reports and performing close books of accounts In addition to the above responsibilities, you will need to have experience working with banking clients. To excel in this role, you are expected to: - Analyze and solve moderately complex problems - Create new solutions by adapting existing methods and procedures - Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and align team goals accordingly - Interact with peers, management levels, and clients - Manage small teams or work efforts if in an individual contributor role - Be open to working in rotational shifts Your qualifications should include any graduation, MCom, or BCom, along with 7 to 11 years of relevant experience.
