Recovery Associate - Loan Collections (Voice Process)

* Outbound calling for overdue loan EMI and payment follow-ups * Assisting customers with repayment plans and payment resolutions * Handling customer queries related to loan repayments * Maintaining records of customer interactions and follow-ups * Achieving monthly collection and recovery targets

* Graduate in any discipline * DRA Certificate is a must have. * 13 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Telecalling, Customer Service, Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or BPO processes * Good communication skills in Hindi and English * Comfortable with outbound calling and target-oriented work * Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills Immediate Joiners Preferred. .
