Job Summary
The Field Recovery Executive is responsible for visiting customers at their residence or workplace to recover overdue payments, verify customer details, negotiate repayment plans, and ensure timely collections. This is a 100% field-based role that requires extensive travel within the assigned territory and regular interaction with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to customers for the collection of overdue payments.
- Meet customers at their residence, workplace, or business location to discuss outstanding dues.
- Negotiate repayment plans and encourage timely payment of outstanding amounts.
- Verify customer addresses and contact details during field visits.
- Update customer visit reports and collection status on the company system/mobile application.
- Maintain daily records of visits, collections, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and Collections team for escalated cases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal recovery guidelines.
- Achieve assigned monthly recovery and collection targets.
- Build skilled relationships with customers while maintaining the company's reputation.
