01Key Responsibilities
Field Visits: Conduct daily visits to customer locations (residential/commercial) to follow up on overdue accounts.
Payment Negotiation: Firmly yet professionally negotiate mutually agreeable payment terms and collect outstanding amounts.
Customer Tracing: Track down and locate customers who have changed their addresses or contact details.
Reporting: Maintain daily logs of field visits and securely deposit collected funds at the branch office.
02Requirements
Minimum High School Diploma / Graduate.
1+ years of experience in field collections, banking recovery, or customer-facing field sales.
Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid drivers license. Plus DRA Certificate
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
Thorough knowledge of local geographical routes and fluency in the local language.
Compensation: 13,000.00 - 22,000.00 per month
