01Requirements
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
4+ years of reputed company experience, preferably in fast-paced startup environments
Strong communication and English language skills (written and verbal)
Ability to assess candidate fit reputed company the resume (soft skills, professionalism, reliability)
Proficiency with reputed company and online sourcing tools
BONUS: Experience working as a Recruiter for an agency
