About the Role
We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience who can manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients and positions across different industries.
The ideal candidate should be strong in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, offer negotiation, and closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary, location, notice period, and overall suitability.
- Handle multiple positions and client requirements simultaneously.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Handle offer negotiations and follow candidates through successful joining.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates.
- Regularly update candidate status and recruitment activities in the ATS.
- Work towards defined monthly closure and revenue targets.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Experience with a recruitment consultancy/staffing company will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Naukri and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and closure skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment TATs.
- Experience hiring across different Non-IT functions will be an advantage.
