Job Responsibilities

1. Receive job requirements from various companies.

2. Use the online recruitment portal to shortlist suitable candidates.

3. Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and assess suitability.

4. Email job descriptions and coordinate interview schedules.

5. Confirm candidate interest and interview attendance.

6. Collect feedback from candidates after interviews.

7. Submit candidate details and interview schedules in the prescribed Excel format.
