Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a variety of roles. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, posting job advertisements, building talent pipelines through various channels, and maintaining accurate candidate records in recruitment systems. The role involves conducting structured interviews, facilitating a positive candidate experience, and supporting employer branding initiatives through professional communication and representation. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also track recruitment metrics, suggest process improvements, and collaborate with colleagues to meet hiring targets and timelines.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, managing roles from requisition to offer acceptance.Proficiency in Hiring activities, including candidate screening, selection, and offer negotiation.Experience with Employer Branding, representing the organization positively to candidates and external partners.Strong Interviewing skills, including conducting structured and competency-based interviews.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), online job boards, and professional networking platforms.Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices. .
