01Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates for client requirements using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and clients, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
Maintain candidate pipelines, update recruitment trackers, and support recruiters in delivering quality talent within client timelines. .
