Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Lead / Lead Recruiter in the Banking/Fintech sector. The position is located in Navi Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, developing employer branding strategies, and conducting interviews. Their daily tasks will include sourcing top talent, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with department heads to understand specific hiring needs and improve the recruitment process.
