Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive BFSI & IT

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and closing candidates for our Banking, NBFC, Insurance and IT clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, databases, referrals and other channels.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to candidate joining.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, salary and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sourcing and joining targets.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for BFSI, NBFC, Insurance and IT roles.
• Coordinate with the internal team and clients to ensure timely closures.
• Develop strong candidate relationships and ensure a smooth joining experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance or IT recruitment will be an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong interest in recruitment may also be considered.
• Good communication, negotiation, follow-up and convincing skills.
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
• Should be proactive, energetic and willing to make a high volume of candidate calls.
