We are looking for a Recruiting Intern to join our U.S. recruitment team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are confident communicators and interested in building practical experience in recruitment.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct screening calls with U.S.-based candidates. Assess candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
RequirementsBachelors degree completed. Strong English communication skills. Confident and comfortable communicating with U.S. candidates. Comfortable making outbound calls. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Recruitment or calling experience is a plus, but not required.
