Working days & Timing : 6 days (Only 1st Saturday off) & 9.30am to 6.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly Home Loan/LAP disbursement targets.
- Generate leads through calls, field visits, and market activities.
- Develop and activate DSA, connectors, builders, and real estate agents.
- Handle customers throughout the loan process from application to disbursement.
- Cross-sell insurance, balance transfer, and top-up products.
- Ensure proper KYC, documentation, CRM updates, and SOP compliance.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales and activity targets.
- Track market competition and maintain strong customer/channel relationships.
- Participate in training and performance development programs.
