Job Description:
Responsible for increasing the Branch's Sales volume, exceptional customer services, acquisition of current customers and business development.
Eligibility: Graduation (regular) or PG in any discipline with 1+ years of sales experience in Banking/NBFC/FMCG etc. A flair for sales and marketing is mandatory.
Teller / Cashier
Job Description:
To manage cash transactions in the Branch accurately with due diligence and ensure adherence to established procedures and guidelines as well as service standards within the branch
Eligibility: Graduation (regular) or PG in any discipline with 2+ years of relevant Experience in the cash management.
Branch Operations Manager
Job Description
Responsible for Branch operations ,increasing the Bank's customers, business development and MIS reporting and compliance and service quality at the branch.
Eligibility: Graduation (regular) or PG in any discipline with 3+ years of Branch Operations experience and a flair for sales and marketing is mandate.
Branch Head
Job Description:
Responsible for growth of banking business at the branch level through business development, customer servicing. Also responsible for customer acquisition strategy and establishing / maintaining relationship with high net worth individuals/ organizations. Accountable for overall administration, MIS reporting and compliance and service quality at the branch.
Eligibility: Graduation (regular) or PG in any discipline with 5+ years of Experience in Banking operations & managing regulatory requirements. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills are must. Team building and team management skills are the most valued traits. .
