Recruitment and talent acquisition begin with building strong client relationships. This involves gaining a deep understanding of the client's business profile, mission, vision, culture, and specific manpower requirements. Once these are understood, job specifications can be created and job advertisements uploaded to relevant career sites and external job portals.
To identify potential candidates, various search methods are employed, including database and CRM searches, job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting. Resumes are screened and shortlisted post phone and video interviews, and those that meet the client's job specifications are selected.
Efficient data management is essential, and the candidate database is continually updated and imported into the ERP/CRM. Interview scheduling and feedback management are other critical aspects of the recruitment process. The candidate's post-offer follow-up with candidates is also essential to ensure smooth onboarding.
We are looking for candidates who hold a graduate or post-graduate degree from any functional area or domain. The desired candidate profile is flexible about age, experience, and industry background, with recruitment experience preferred but not essential. Candidates should be internet-savvy, possess excellent communication skills, and be willing to work with commitment and focus for 8 hours a day from the office at Ulsoor Road, Bengaluru.
