• Source candidates through internal sources, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable profiles.

4. Work timings : 10 AM to 7 PM
5. Gender : Any
6. Education :Undergraduate can apply
7. Day off : Sunday
8. Salary : Best in the industry
