Moneylicious Investments and Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team on a Work From Home basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify relevant candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri and other Job Portals.

• Handle end-to-end candidate sourcing across BFSI and related profiles.

• Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial conversations.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

• Coordinate with candidates and internal recruitment teams throughout the hiring process.

• Actively use LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn Search and Job Portal databases for talent sourcing.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in candidate sourcing/recruitment.

• Prior BFSI recruitment experience is mandatory.

• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Job Portals.

• Excellent sourcing, screening and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment mandates.

• Comfortable working in a Work From Home environment.
