Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain client reference data in the system
- Validate and diligently review documentation to ensure accuracy
- Ensure compliance with procedural guidelines in all processed tasks
- Proactively resolve open issues and escalations, keeping management informed
- Collaborate with requestors and business partners as required
- Conduct data analysis research and remediation functions when needed
- Maintain and produce management information reports as required
Qualifications Required
- University graduate
- 2 years of experience in financial services or related industries
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly in shifts and deliver as part of a team
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and advanced Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective reasoning ability
- Experience in data analysis and remediation functions
