01Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end credit underwriting for Business Loans (BL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgages, and Home LoansLead a team of credit underwriters and ensure adherence to company credit policies and regulatory normsConduct detailed credit appraisals, assess financials, and prepare structured credit notes for approvalMonitor and manage the loan portfolio, identifying early warning signals and ensuring healthy asset qualityTrack and manage delinquencies, coordinating with collections and recovery teams as requiredPerform regular data analysis and portfolio reviews to identify risks and opportunitiesPrepare and present periodic credit performance reports to senior management
