01Key Responsibilities
Act as the Regional Subject Matter Expert for R2R processes.
Lead finance transformation and ERP implementation initiatives.
Drive process harmonization and standardization across regions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
Support end-to-end data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
Define business rules and controls for financial data migration.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and cutover activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies.
Work closely with IT, Finance, and Program Management teams.
Mandatory Skills:
10+ years of Finance and R2R experience.
Strong expertise in General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, Month-End Close, Financial Reporting.
Hands-on experience in ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, S/4HANA, Dynamics 365).
Mandatory experience in Data Migration projects.
Data validation, reconciliation, and master data governance experience.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation.
Blackline, OneStream, Hyperion.
Global Shared Services experience.
