Job Summary:
Looking for a Regional Functional SME specializing in Operations Finance and R2R processes to support enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives. The candidate will drive operational finance process optimization and data migration activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Operations Finance process transformation initiatives.
Serve as the primary SME for regional finance operations.
Define future-state operating models and process improvements.
Support ERP deployment and finance modernization programs.
Manage financial data migration activities from legacy systems.
Validate migrated data and ensure data quality standards.
Coordinate with business users, finance teams, and technical teams.
Support testing, training, and deployment activities.
Identify risks and mitigation plans related to finance transformation.
Mandatory Skills
10+ years of Operations Finance and R2R experience.
Strong understanding of Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning.
ERP implementation experience.
Mandatory Data Migration experience.
Experience in data cleansing, mapping, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Shared Services Transformation.
