01Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy for channel partner acquisition, onboarding, and performance management to achieve enrollment targets for online programs.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including educational consultants, agencies, individual counselors, and other relevant entities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.
Establish strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners, providing ongoing support, training, and motivation to maximize their effectiveness and commitment.
Design and implement effective training programs and enablement tools for channel partners, ensuring they are well-versed in our online program offerings, admission processes, and value propositions.
Monitor and analyze channel partner performance against agreed-upon KPIs and targets, providing regular feedback, conducting performance reviews, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate closely with marketing, admissions, and program teams to ensure seamless lead generation, conversion, and partner support.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, understand market trends, and refine channel strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Manage the regional channel budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimal ROI from partner activities.
Prepare regular reports on channel performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of channel managers or executives within the region.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements in all channel partner operations.

At least 46 years in a regional leadership role managing partner ecosystems.
Proven track record of delivering admission targets through channel partners.
Experience working with private universities &business schools is strongly preferred. .
