Job Description: Regional Head Prime Loan (LAP) Position Regional Head Loan Against Property (LAP) Industry NBFC / Banking / Financial Services Product High Ticket Loan Against Property (LAP) Role Summary The State Head LAP will be responsible for driving business growth, market expansion, and profitability of the Loan Against Property portfolio across the assigned City. The role requires leadership in sales, channel development, team management, and strategic partnerships to achieve business objectives while ensuring portfolio quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Revenue Management - Drive LAP business growth and achieve City-level disbursement targets. - Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase market share. - Manage the complete business cycle from sourcing to disbursement. - Ensure sustainable and profitable portfolio growth. Team Leadership & Development - Recruit, train, mentor, and lead Regional Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Teams. - Set performance goals and monitor productivity across the state. - Drive a high-performance sales culture through continuous coaching and reviews. Channel & Partnership Management - Build and strengthen relationships with DSAs, connectors, brokers, channel partners, and key stakeholders. - Expand and manage distribution networks across the state. - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance market penetration. Portfolio Quality & Risk Management - Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements. - Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency levels, and risk indicators. - Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Collections teams to ensure healthy portfolio performance. Market Expansion - Analyze market trends, competition, and customer requirements. - Identify high-potential geographies and drive expansion initiatives. - Strengthen brand presence and business visibility across the state. Stakeholder Management - Coordinate effectively with internal departments for faster approvals and customer servicing. - Build solid relationships with senior management and external business partners. Desired Candidate Profile Experience - 8 to 12+ years of experience in Banking/NBFC sales. - Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in LAP/Mortgage business. - Proven experience in handling High Ticket LAP portfolios. Product Expertise - Strong understanding of secured lending and mortgage products. - Experience managing ticket sizes ranging from 50 Lakhs to 3 Crores and above. Skills Required - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Strategic business planning and execution. - Relationship management and stakeholder engagement. - Excellent negotiation and business development abilities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Thorough understanding of compliance and risk management practices. Preferred Background - Candidates from leading Banks, HFCs, or NBFCs handling Mortgage/LAP business. - Established network within the state's DSA and channel partner ecosystem.
