Job Description:Anand Rathi Share and Stock Broking Ltd is hiring an HR Executive to manage Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and HR Compliance for our Nagpur location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving people processes and supporting the growth of the organization.Role & responsibilities1. Recruitment and OnboardingSource, screen, and recruit talent to meet manpower requirementsManage job postings, conduct interviews, and support final selection processOversee onboarding formalities document collection, induction, system setup, and smooth integration of new hires2. Employee Engagement and DevelopmentOrganize engagement activities to foster a positive work cultureCollect and analyze employee feedback for continuous improvementIdentify training needs and coordinate internal/external learning programsSupport performance reviews and career development initiatives3. HR Operations and ComplianceMaintain accurate employee records (contracts, attendance, payroll inputs, etc.)Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policiesAddress employee queries related to HR processes, benefits, and payroll4. Performance ManagementFacilitate the performance appraisal process (goal setting, reviews, feedback)Guide managers on managing performance improvement plans5. Offboarding and Exit ManagementHandle resignation, exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement processesDerive insights from exit feedback to support retention strategies .
