Role Overview
Policybazaar is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Area / Territory Manager to lead and manage field sales operations in Malappuram. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in insurance sales, proven experience in leading field sales teams, and an in-depth understanding of the local market. The role requires a results-oriented professional with excellent leadership, coaching, and relationship management skills.

Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in insurance sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing field sales teams.
- Mandatory proficiency in Malayalam (spoken).

- Drive team performance to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
