Hiring | Regional Life Skills Trainer | Vadodara, Gujarat (In-Person)
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Regional Life Skills Trainer to join our team and drive impactful student development programs across multiple schools.
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift
Key Responsibilities
Design, deliver, monitor, and improve Life Skills, Communication, Personality Development, and Leadership programs across assigned schools.
Conduct engaging classroom sessions on Communication Skills, Public Speaking, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Critical Thinking, Teamwork,and other Life Skills.
Facilitate workshops,competitions,student induction programs, and special events.
Travel across assigned schools to ensure consistent implementation of the Life Skills curriculum.Coach and mentor school-based trainers and teachers through Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs.Conduct classroom observations, provide developmental feedback, and strengthen facilitation and classroom management practices.
Evaluate trainer effectiveness, analyze student learning outcomes, and monitor engagement and participation.
Prepare students for debates, group discussions, public speaking, elocution, (MUN), leadership programs, and school events.Collaborate with Principals, Academic Coordinators,and Regional Heads to improve training quality and student outcomes.
Maintain training calendars, submit MIS reports, track assessments and feedback, and monitor branch performance against regional goals.
Eligibility
Master's degree in English, Psychology, Education, Management, or a related discipline.Certification in Training, Learning & Development, or Behavioural Skills is preferred.510 years of experience in Life Skills, Learning & Development, or School Training.Experience working with K12 schools is preferred.Experience managing multiple schools or regional training programs is an advantage.Must be comfortable with frequent travel.
