01Key Responsibilities
Coordinate between field Loan Sanctioning Teams and Head Office.Review, recommend and approve loans as per defined credit policies.Conduct area surveys, peer performance checks and negative-area reviews.Monitor high-risk Business Units and low-performing staff; implement corrective action plans.Partner with Business and Collections teams to address field-level issues and improve portfolio quality.Monitor compliance with bank policies, audit observations and regulatory requirements.Conduct field visits and monitor LSO/LSA/AM performance based on control reports and audit findings.Manage credit administration, staff training, guidance and performance monitoring.Support manpower planning, recruitment, transfers and infrastructure requirements.Track and consolidate MIS/data from AM-LS teams and report key issues to senior management.Monitor market and competitor trends and recommend best practices.
