Job Title: Regional ManagerExperience: 12 - 15 YearsLocation: Chennai & Bengaluru Notice Period: Immediate - 30 daysWe are hiring a Regional Manager to join our Client who are one of the Leaders in Wealth management and Investment ManagementWe are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead and grow our Wealth Management business. The role involves driving revenue, acquiring HNI/UHNI clients, building a strong sales team, and expanding market presence within the region.Key Responsibilities- Lead regional business growth and achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets.- Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients; ensure superior client servicing.- Build, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers.- Drive new client acquisition, referrals, and channel expansion.- Monitor regional performance, P&L, and market trends.- Ensure compliance with SEBI, IRDAI, AML, and internal policies.Skills & Experience Required- 12 years of experience in Wealth Management / Investment Banking.- Strong expertise in MF, PMS, AIF, Equities, Bonds and Financial planning.- Proven track record of sales leadership and client acquisition.- Strong communication, team management, and relationship-building skills.- Strategic thinker with high business acumen and market awareness.- NISM certifications preferredBehavioral Competencies- Leadership & Team Management- Client-Centric Approach- Result Orientation- Integrity & Ethical Conduct- Strong Decision-Making .
