We are looking for Regional Operations Manager for Ahmedabad location.

Minimum experience 0f 5-7 yrs with Home Loan.
Focus Areas
Disbursement & TAT Management
Ensure timely and accurate loan disbursements across all branches in the region
Monitor and optimize Turnaround Time (TAT) for disbursement processes
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Registration & Banking Operations
Oversee achievement of registration targets (loan agreements, documentation, etc.)
Ensure timely banking of first PDC/EMI instruments
Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements
File & Docket Quality
Ensure high standards of file processing and documentation accuracy
Conduct periodic audits of files/dockets to maintain quality benchmarks
Reduce error rates and ensure zero-defect documentation practices
Hub Activation & Process Consistency
Drive activation of new operational hubs/branches as per business requirements
Ensure uniform implementation of SOPs and operational processes across all locations
Monitor productivity and consistency across hubs
Team Management & Capacity Building
Lead, mentor, and develop branch operations teams
Drive performance management, training, and capability enhancement initiatives
Ensure adequate staffing and succession planning
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and internal NBFC policies
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
Coordinate with audit and risk teams for smooth compliance reviews
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with credit, sales, legal, and IT teams for seamless operations
Act as a bridge between HO and regional branches
Ensure alignment with organizational goals and customer service standards
