Hiring | Regional Head - Mutual Fund Sales - Asset Management Company
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Regions : Karnataka and Kerala
We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager for the Asset Management industry to drive business growth across Karnataka. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in IFA Channel Management, business development, partner engagement, sales strategy, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales growth through the IFA / MFD Channel.
- Develop and execute business expansion strategies across assigned territories.
- Build, engage, and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), and key channel partners.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales teams to achieve business targets.
- Increase market penetration and assets under management (AUM).
- Conduct partner meetings, training sessions, and investor awareness programs.
- Monitor business performance, prepare MIS reports, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver superior client and partner experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in Mutual Fund / Asset Management Sales.
- Proven experience in IFA Channel Sales and Business Development.
- Experience managing regional or cluster-level business preferred.
- Strong leadership, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent understanding of Mutual Fund products and distribution ecosystem.
- MBA (Marketing) or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
