Key Objective of the Job:
To develop and maintain the health of the Book for corporate finance in the region with optimizing the productivity of the team
Major Deliverables
Responsible for the sales, collection, operations and central team co-ordination.Target Achievement incremental growth in the Book Size and maintain the health of the bookSourcing Tie ups: Tying up with relevant sourcing agents in the industry and build alternate sourcing channelsGuiding the team for achieving the BusinessTeam Management and Its ProductivityMonitoring for the sales process and its effectivenessFee IncomeProcess ManagementTrain and provide technical expertise to Relationship Managers / Field Sales Staff on the various ProductsCo-ordinating with the corporate team for restructuring products as per the specific regional needCross-selling of productsMaintain Nil NPA. .
