Key Responsibilities
- Achieving self-contribution and team targets with an 80:20 weightage
- Closing mid/large ticket size deals
- Having awareness of emerging technologies
- Possessing excellent communication skills
- Demonstrating key personal traits such as a great temperament, willingness to travel, impatience, go-getter attitude, aggressiveness, decisiveness
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Selling Software Development solutions in areas such as IoT, SAAS, Digital environment, Bespoke Applications, Cloud, Mobility, Data Analytics, AI, and Machine Learning
- Utilizing expertise in Solution sales within the Govt/Enterprise sector
- Excluding experience in ERP, Pharma, Education, BFSI, Telecom, and Box selling domains
Qualifications Required
- Minimum of 12-15 years of front-end Sales experience
- Proven track record of closing mid/large ticket size deals
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree in Engineering
- Experience in selling Software Development solutions in specified areas
- Background in Govt accounts preferred
The budget for this position is open based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. The work location is in person, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently is essential.
