Description
i. Manage/achieve LAP portfolio mandate of Bank in terms of portfolio profitability and book increase
ii. Increase/enhance Brand CSB in LAP market across various locations within State.
iii. Managing key/strategic DSA relation and increasing sourcing of cases across State.
iv. Ensuring productivity of LAP ASMs/SMs.
Responsibilities
i. Responsible to build/manage LAP portfolio in a partcular State/States.Ii. Responsible for managing acquisition of LAP through DSAs as well as Branch Channeliii. Ensuring LAP disbursement as per budgets for whole Stateiv. Ensuring revenue target for LAP in Sate/states.v. Manage all channels including SM/DSTs/Branch for sourcing LAP cases along with Customer life cycle.vi. Ensure cross sell of insurance and other liability products
Qualifications
Experience Range : 2 to 6 Years Qualifications :Graduate (Any Specialisation) .
