Role Overview
**
In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing strategic sell-out plans to achieve targeted market share in different channels. You will collaborate with NMT & RMT to create effective sell-out strategies and plans based on monthly sell-in targets. It will be your responsibility to drive sell-out through ISP & Non-ISP stores, focusing on reducing EOL and promoting key SKUs. Additionally, you will design cost-effective ways in GT & AF to enhance sell-out, deploy the right ISPs at potential stores, and monitor the count of ISPs for effective business growth.

Key Responsibilities
**
- Develop channel-wise sell-out strategies
- Create joint sell-out plans with NMT & RMT
- Drive sell-out through ISP & Non-ISP stores
- Design cost-effective ways to drive sell-out in GT & AF
- Deploy the right ISP at potential stores
- Monitor ISP count and complete hiring of relevant ISPs
- Manage regional budgets for sell-out activities
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights
- Analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities
- Lead and mentor the on-field team on product knowledge and execution
- Maintain ISP on roll to module
- Complete ISP life cycle from hiring to exit formalities
- Ensure ISPs are well-groomed and trained at the shop floor
- Share competition ISP count, salary, and incentives with the region and HO team
- Ensure ISP attendance and sales data accuracy
