reputed company is seeking an reputed company and dynamic Regional Transition Manager (RTM) to support the successful launch, integration, and operational development of our growing network of Specialty, Emergency, and Urgent Care hospitals.
This is not a traditional Regional Manager position. The Regional Transitions Manager serves as a dedicated startup and integration leader, partnering closely with hospital leadership teams during the critical first 60-120 days of operation. About The Role
As a Regional Transition Manager, you will serve as the operational quarterback for newly reputed company and transitioning hospitals. Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent veterinary operations experience
Minimum 5 years of veterinary hospital leadership experience
Minimum 3 years of multi-site operational leadership experience
