The Regulatory Reporting Analystis responsible forpreparing,validating, andsubmittingaccurateregulatory reports in compliance with local and international regulatory requirements. The role ensurestimelyreporting, data accuracy, and adherence to evolving regulatory frameworks.
Regulatory Reporting
Prepare andsubmitregulatory reports (e.g. RWA Calculation & Reporting, Leverage Exposure, Unfunded Exposure) Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and deadlines Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and implement updatesData Management & Validation
Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems Perform reconciliations between financial, risk, and regulatory data Identifyand resolve data discrepanciesAnalysis & Controls
Analyze report outputs and investigate variances Maintain strong internal controls and audit documentation Support internal and external auditsStakeholder Management
Coordinate with Finance, Risk, Treasury, and IT teams Communicate regulatory changes and reporting impactsProcess Improvement
Identifyautomation opportunities and improve reporting processes Support system enhancements and regulatory reporting tools implementationKey Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding ofBasel regulations- RWA calculations Knowledge ofTreasury, Liquidity, and Risk concepts ProficiencyinExcel (advanced),SQLor data tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good communicationand stakeholder managementQualifications
Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field CA / CFA / FRM (preferred) 25 years of experience inRegulatory Reporting / Risk /FinancePreferred Experience
Experience withBasel III frameworks Exposure toALM, liquidity reporting, CCR, or market risk Familiarity withreporting tools (Axiom, Moodys, SAS, etc.) .
