01Overview
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of DSA (Direct Sales Agent) to achieve sales targets for housing finance products such as home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), mortgage loans, and other secured loans.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales performance and improve customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.
Job Requirements :
- 1-7 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with expertise in housing finance or related fields like DSA management.
- Solid understanding of various types of housing loans, LAPs, mortgage loans, and other secured loans offered by banks.
- Excellent sales skills with ability to manage a team effectively towards achieving targets.
- Proficiency in using technology tools for lead generation, tracking leads, managing relationships. .
