As a Working Capital Manager, your main role will be to manage Working Capital (WC) Limits for Elite Accounts with a total book size of 300 Cr. You will be responsible for ensuring that each ticket/account size is a minimum of INR 5.00 Cr. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing businesses thoroughly and reviewing all account and financial documents before recommending cases to the credit team.
- Upholding excellent standards of hygiene in terms of renewals, deferrals, churning, and maintaining zero delinquency.
- Retaining existing accounts while also acquiring New-To-Bank (NTB) accounts through referrals and references from the existing client base.
- Expanding the Size of Holdings (SOH) Book by increasing the overall book size and limits by 25% annually.
- Addressing issues related to branches, trade, treasury, and cash management services (CMS) promptly to ensure client queries and problems are resolved within the specified turnaround time (TAT), ultimately enhancing the Net Promoter Score.
