Role Overview

The Relationship Manager Current Account will be responsible for acquiring new Current Account customers, managing existing relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new Current Account customers through field sales and direct sourcing.
• Generate leads through market visits, references, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, SMEs, and self-employed customers.
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable banking products and solutions.
• Drive CASA acquisition, deposits, cross-selling, and revenue generation.
• Ensure achievement of assigned sales and business targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account opening and service delivery.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, documentation, and bank policies.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 15 years in Banking / CASA / Current Account / Field Sales.
• Candidates with experience in Current Account acquisition, SME/Business Banking, or CASA sales will be preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
